Arista Hotel Ubon - Ubon Ratchathani

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I loved that there were food options just a minute or two away, as well as a large store across the street. The room itself was very spacious and clean with brand new facilities. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. I also appreciated the option for joining rooms, which worked perfectly for my group.

the rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed having a double and twin joining rooms which worked great for our group. Breakfast was fantastic with cooked to order options. We also loved the hotel's location, which was super convenient to small food carts and restaurants and a nearby food market.

We did have a few minor complaints, like the hot water heater being weak and hard to control in the shower. And the TV was tiny, which was a letdown after seeing the otherwise impressive and brand new equipment throughout the hotel.

It's a shame that a brand new hotel couldn't invest in proper hot water heaters and bigger TVs to enhance guest comfort. there was a confusing and unpleasant start to our stay with the unexpected extra charges at check-in if we wanted to check-in before 2 pm.
